Bob's Bird House Sales Policies

Shipping Charges:

Inside the U.S.: We ship UPS whenever possible. Shipping charges are 10% of your order, with a $6.00 minimum. All COD orders must be paid in cash or certified check. If an order is too large to ship UPS, we will refund your shipping charges and the order will be shipped by truck -- freight charges collect.

Outside the U.S.: Add 25% of your order for shipping. UPS shipments to Canada and Europe are possible. Please contact us for more information.

Damaged or Shortage:

We cannot be responsible for damage during shipment. If your order arrives damaged or short, please contact the carrier and us within ten (10) days.

Return Policy:

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. NO returns will be accepted without the invoice. Should it be necessary to return any parts because of an error on our part, we will refund you fully. If the mistake was on your part, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus shipping. All return must have a note of explanation. All returns must be done within thirty (30) days from shipping date. No returns on electrical or special order parts.

Price Policy:

We will attempt to keep the price listed in the Parts Catalog effective as long as possible. However, prices are subject to change without notice.

Liability:

The seller, Bob's Bird House Inc., hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty or machantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Bob's Bird House Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with sale of this merchandise.

Approved VISA-MASTER CARD acceptable with a minimum order of $25.00.
